Delivery options

Doorstep delivery brings oversized or fragile items to the outside of your space. Carrying items indoors is not included.

White Glove delivery is available for an additional charge in most regions. It includes placement in your chosen room, unpacking, basic assembly and one flight of stairs. Lighting installation and property modifications are excluded.

Striking design comes from an open weave crafted of twisted abaca all-weather wicker on the Carmel side chair. But the pattern isn't just about style, it also provides a comfortable back for outdoor lounging. Woven over a stainless steel base, the wicker is made to withstand weather conditions outdoors but is beautiful enough for indoor rooms.

Return requests for eligible items must be made in writing within 30 days after receipt. Authorization, original packaging and other conditions apply. A 20% restocking fee and shipping costs are deducted from refunds; the restocking fee is 15% for store credit.
