Information used to serve you
We collect your name, email address, and telephone number so we can communicate with you. We also collect billing and delivery addresses to fulfil purchases and send catalogues or other marketing materials.
When you pay for an order, the payment provider used at checkout may collect your credit or debit card details. 1StopDining does not store payment card details.
When information is shared
Beyond the uses described above, we may provide information to others in the following four circumstances:
- Order processing and service support. We may share the details needed by agents who help process your order or provide our services, including credit-reference, payment-clearing, and fraud-prevention or detection agencies. Their access is limited to the information required for that work, and they may not use it for another purpose.
- A sale or purchase of business assets. Our customer records form part of the business and may be transferred if another company purchases our business assets.
- Product and service research. We may appoint an outside research company to ask for your opinions. It receives only the information needed for that assignment and may use it only for that purpose.

We take steps to protect the personal information you provide. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by 1StopDining.
