These experts oversee production, checking in at key transaction points so that nothing is overlooked. Before an item is packaged, it is reviewed with a keen eye and must pass a comprehensive checklist by our quality control inspector.

Return requests for eligible items must be made in writing within 30 days after receipt. Authorization, original packaging and other conditions apply. A 20% restocking fee and shipping costs are deducted from refunds; the restocking fee is 15% for store credit.
